How to embed your verification badge
Add a live badge to your website that links to your verified profile and turns grey if verification lapses.
Your badge shows your current verification level, grade and the date you were last verified. It updates on its own and links to your public profile.
Get the code
Go to Profile, then Badge widget, and copy one of the two snippets.
Script (recommended). Paste this where the badge should appear:
<script src="https://levelrated.com/badge/your-company.js" async></script>
Image and link. For site builders that don't allow scripts:
<a href="https://levelrated.com/c/your-company"><img src="https://levelrated.com/badge/your-company.svg" alt="Verified on LevelRated" width="240" height="64"></a>
AV firms get an AVCleared badge linking to their AVCleared profile. The code generator on your Profile page already uses the right domain.
What it shows
- Your verification level, for example "Licensed & Insured" or "Audited"
- Your letter grade, once you're rated
- "Verified" with the date of your latest verification
When it turns grey
The badge turns grey and reads Verification lapsed if your Level 2 verification isn't current, or if a trade license or required insurance policy has expired. It returns to normal as soon as the renewal is verified. The image refreshes about every 10 minutes.
You can't pay to keep a badge green. It reflects your records, nothing else.
